3. How We Use Your Information

We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, compliance with legal obligations, and the fulfillment of our contract with you. Specifically, we use your data to:

• Provide and maintain our AI courses, workshops, and dashboards.
• Track and link sponsor codes under our 5-Level Team Earning Program Affiliate matrix.
• Verify your identity and process direct bank payout transfers for commissions earned.
• Send important updates, transactional notices, and customer support communications.
• Prevent fraudulent registrations, payment issues, and security breaches.

4. Cookies & Referral Tracking

Our platform uses cookies and localized storage mechanisms to identify referring affiliates (Sponsors) when new users access checkout links. This cookie (e.g., `vyora_ref`) is saved on the user's browser for up to 7 days or deleted immediately upon successful sign-up to ensure correct attribution of Team Earning affiliate commissions. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but it may restrict certain tracking and checkout functionalities.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal database to third-party marketing companies. We only share information with:

• Payment Processors & Gateway partners to securely handle payment completions.
• Government & Tax Authorities: We deduct applicable TDS on affiliate commission payouts and file returns with the Income Tax Department of India, requiring disclosure of your PAN and transaction totals.
• Legal Compliance: If required by law, court order, or police investigation in Vadodara, Gujarat.

6. Security & Sensitive Personal Data (SPDI)

We execute standard technical and organizational security measures (SSL, secure database hashing) to protect your sensitive personal details (such as password credentials and KYC data). While we strive to maintain the highest standard of protection, please remember that no system is 100% secure. Do not share your login passwords or OTPs with anyone claiming to represent Vyora Growth Academy.

7. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

We keep your profile data as long as your account remains active on the platform. You have the right to request deletion of your account and sensitive KYC records. However, transaction records, tax records, and Team Earning payout historical ledger entries will be retained to comply with commercial and tax laws of India.
