Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery (No Physical Shipping)

Vyora Growth Academy offers digital educational content, e-learning courses, live and recorded workshops, and certifications.

Important Notice on Shipping

All our products are 100% digital. We do not ship any physical packages, course materials, books, certificates, DVDs, or hardware to your physical mailing address. Therefore, shipping fees are completely free (₹0).

2. Delivery Channels & Access Activation

Upon successful payment completion, access to your purchased training materials is provisioned via the following channels:

  • Learning Management System (LMS) Dashboard: The course package is instantly activated and unlocked inside your student dashboard. You can access it by logging into your account on our website.
  • Email Confirmation: A payment receipt, registration confirmation, and login instructions will be sent to the email address you registered during registration.
  • Direct Activation Links: For certain packages (such as White Label setups), special license instructions and activation procedures will be sent directly by our support team via email/WhatsApp.

3. Delivery Timeline

Our automated systems work to ensure that access is granted as quickly as possible:

  • Instant Payments (Card/UPI/Netbanking): Course access is unlocked instantly (within 5 to 10 minutes) upon payment gateway verification.
  • Manual/Direct Transfer Verifications: If you perform a direct bank transfer or UPI transfer (using our manual checkout options), your access will be activated manually by our founders within 2 to 4 hours of sending us the transaction screenshot.
  • Maximum Processing Time: In case of technical server delays, database updates, or gateway synchronization glitches, activation may take up to 24 hours. If your course is not activated within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

4. Troubleshooting Delivery Issues

If you have paid for a course but haven't received your credentials or access details:

  • Check Spam/Junk Folder: Often, automated email credentials or payment receipts get filtered into the spam folder of your email client.
  • Verify Registered Email: Ensure that there are no spelling mistakes in the email address you entered during signup.
  • Contact Support: If you do not see access within 2 hours, please contact us with your Name, Registered Email, Mobile Number, and payment screenshot/reference number.
